The competition will be hosted by excellencias de Huelva s.l., a Spanish enterprise, and supported by the management agencies of wine producing areas and relevant institutions. The organizer, excellencias de Huelva s.l., has more than 15 years of experience in organizing international competitions. I learned from the organizers that the international organization of grapes and wine (o.i.v.) will send observers to participate in the competition.

Evaluation and competition for awards is an important part of the wine competition, so it is very important to have a jury composed of people in the industry. Antonio F. L. Ventura, the winemaker, was invited to serve as the chairman of the competition, Julio Gallo faut, the winemaker, as the technical director of the competition, and Thomas De Soto Rioja, the manager of the competition. Ms. Remedios Vazquez mulero is the director of public relations and Ms. Adela richer moreno-luque is in charge of commercial trade. In addition, there are Luis Filipe Morgado, vice chairman of the competition, and Adela antolina Viscay, secretary.

Most of the judges on this list are wine experts from the management committees of major Spanish and Portuguese producing regions and core members of various tasting agencies. For example, winemaker Julio Gallo favorite is the year review of the three committees of D.O. Rueda, D.O. Toro and D.O. arribes, and works with Ma Isabel mijares to prepare Repsol guidelines. (the author's note: Ma Isabel mijares, a famous Spanish winemaker, once studied from Emile peynaud.) Another example is Adela richer Moreno Luque, a member of Robert parkert's Spanish tasting team, who has a deep understanding of Rioja wine. It can be seen that the experts of the jury are authoritative both in depth and breadth

The competition is open to wine, spirits and olive oil producers from all over the world. Wineries register and pay the relevant fees through the Internet, and then deliver them to the organizing committee by mail. The delivery deadline is March 21, 2019 and will be held in Lisbon, Portugal, on March 23, 24 and 25.
